We offer free quotes in store only if you bring the item to us. Our experienced technicians always assist you to unload or load the item or TV into our store and workshop.
3 - Can my TV or appliance be repaired when your technician visits my home?
Depending on the nature of the fault, our service technician tries his best to fix the unit on the spot. However, sometimes the fault is serious and the unit must be brought into the workshop so that we can thoroughly check the boards.
4 - Do you repair all brands and models of TV’s and other electronics?
We repair and service all brands and models. We are LCD and Plasma screen specialists with experienced technicians. We also have extensive experience with older type electronic equipment such as stereo, video and speaker systems.
5 - Do I need to bring my unit to you?
Only if you require a free quote, otherwise, we can offer free pickup and delivery within the metro area of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (service fee applies).

Our technicians are fully qualified with over 30 year’s industry experience. Our premises are fully secured and insured. We can accommodate a large number of TV’s and appliances in our workshop and it’s completely safe with us.
7 - How long does is take repair my TV or electric item?
Repair time will vary depending on the nature of the fault and the availability of spare parts. If parts are available from the manufacturer and suppliers, it can generally be repaired within a week.
